1. Google API Services & Connected Accounts Data Usage

To provide our core services, Vizbix allows you to connect third-party platforms, including Google Ads, via their respective APIs. When you authorize these connections, we adhere to the following strict data handling practices specifically regarding Google user data:

• Data Accessed: We request read-only access to specific Google user data necessary for your dashboard, specifically your Google Ads performance data (historical ad spend and campaign performance metrics).
• Data Usage: The Google user data accessed is used strictly to power user-facing features within the Vizbix application. We process this data solely to calculate your financial metrics, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), gross margins, and True Net Profit.
• Data Sharing: Vizbix does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, external networks, or data brokers. Access is strictly confined to your private workspace to generate your specific reports.
• Data Storage & Protection: Google user data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in secure, access-controlled cloud databases. We utilize cryptographic state tokens and strict access protocols to ensure your data remains secure and isolated.
• Data Retention & Deletion: We retain Google user data only for as long as your Vizbix account remains active and the integration is authorized. You may revoke Google API access at any time from your dashboard. To request a complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, users can email hello@vizbix.com.

*Vizbix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Financial Data & Core Features

Free Web Tools: If you use our free calculators, the numbers you enter are processed entirely in your web browser. We do not transmit or store these inputs on our servers.

Vizbix Pro: If you upgrade to our Pro software and choose to save your data, your financial snapshots are securely encrypted and stored in our cloud infrastructure to provide you with historical profit trends.

3. Accounts & Authentication

When you create an account, we use secure authentication providers to verify your identity. We store your email address solely to identify your account, manage your subscription, and provide critical service updates.

4. Payments & Billing

All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Vizbix does not store, process, or have direct access to your credit card numbers or bank account details.

5. AI Consultant Features

When utilizing our AI analysis tools, strictly anonymized financial parameters are sent to our processing partners via secure serverless functions. This data is used exclusively to generate strategic business advice for your dashboard and is never used to train public AI models.
